We invite International decision makers, such as Procurement managers, Tech- and Innovation scouts,R&D managers and Investors, from both OEM, Tier1 and Tier2 to participate in the matchmaking.

Timelines	Task	Description
January 1	Registration opens. Publish your organisational focus and cooperation offers or requests ---------------------------------------- Matchmaking organizers approve participating companies continuously.	Register Publish your organisational focus and cooperation offers or requests. The better profile the more meeting requests you will receive
February 15 - April 1	Request meetings. Open for both Swedish suppliers and International Procurement managers, Tech- and Innovation scouts, R&D managers and Investors.	Send meetings requests to selected companies of your choice Meeting requests have to be approved or declined by the other party to be scheduled
April 1	Personal meeting schedule	You receive your preliminary meeting schedule by email and in the B2match-app.
April 2-4	*Meetings will take place in the Swedish Pavilion, Sweden Co-Lab. Hall 27, stand H30.*	You access your updated schedule via the B2match-app or at the reception desk. Your schedule contains time and table number of each single meeting

The organizer cannot guarantee meetings during the match making event.
